On 2nd December Chris spent a day in the Hammersmith Apollo with Princess Productions filming the dance group Diversity in 3D. All the toys were there, Polecam, Technocrane, two Peewees, Handheld and Steadicam!! After the camera on the Technocrane developed a fault these rarely heard words came over talkback....'Technocrane, give way to the Polecam!!!!' Using two Toshiba cameras shooting parallel and converged via Sony box in the Telegenic truck. Steorgrapher, Adam Sculthorp of 3dia said, "We've worked with Chis and the 3D Polecam on a number of projects. The simplicity and flexibility of the rig, coupled with its ability to relocate quickly allowed us to capture a wide range of dynamic shots, Chris and his Polecam will greatly enhance any production."

Phil Woodhead, Video Director for the Kings of Leon, has chosen a Polecam for their new European Tour which kicked off in Antwerp, Belgium at the end of November 2010.
'The Polecam is being used on the bass player, Jared Followill as well as crowd and cross-line shots and operated by Mikey Cordier who also doubles as an LED tech.

The cameraman is Emmy Award™ winning cameraman, Mike Single. The locations are the Snares Islands and rain forest in New Zealand’s South Island.

Axis Films (http://www.onsight.co.uk/axis-films) deployed their Polecam onto the mountains of Rwanda to film the last of Diane Fossey's Gorillas in the wild.
The unobtrusive Polecam proves itself once again in the operating theatre. It is possible to just use the required amount of poles and the 'elbow' section with the system to achieve this kind of 'short reach' action. With the Polecam on a tripod and using the best in HD mini cameras, more and more surgeons are keen to provide training footage and detailed observation of theatre practice.
